The control scheme looks pretty cool:
Left stick - moves the main character (named Baldur)
left Trigger - fires left hand weapon
Right Trigger - fires right hand weapon
A - Jump. There's no platforming, and Dyack outlines that the Jump is used for air combat.
Right stick - melee attacks.
The game seems to be a cool melding of technology and Norse mythology. Valkyries, Loki, the whole shebang. Looks very cool.
It's set to be a trilogy according to Dyack, and seems like it will have a lot of philosophical subtext to it (a la Xenosaga). Game looks pretty good, too. I enjoyed Eternal Darkness a lot, so this looks promising.

4. Menacing Evil Guys
I couldn't even guess at who this guy is, but two things are undeniable: he looks really pissed off; you don't make a face like that unless you're angry. And there are a bunch of dead bodies behind him, which seems to suggest that he's probably evil. He's also got a tattoo on his face, which, as we learned from Mike Tyson, is the first sign that you are evil. I will make him pay for being so evil and the only way for me to do that is to buy this game.
